Determine your needs and wants. Remember, that this principle is not only advisable in life but in losing weight too. To lose weight fast means having the guts to get rid of excesses and having the courage to deny oneself of certain foods. Start with your pantry and pull out those canned foods. Keep an inventory of what you have in terms of snack or finger foods. Replace processed items with healthier options.
