Two types of radiation are emitted from mobile phones:-
- Thermal – where heat created by the pulsed signal (like a microwave) is conducted through the ear into the head; this is measured as the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR).
- Non Thermal/Low Frequency Effect – where the pulsed wave transmission disturbs the body’s natural biological equilibrium and electrical communications system which sends signals from the brain to all parts of the body.
